All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment specified at the time of reservation.
Full payment must be completed before check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 9:00 AM (next day).
Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the trip will receive a full refund (excluding transaction fees).
Cancellations made within 3‒6 days will incur a 50% charge.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in are non-refundable.
No refund for no-shows or early departures.
Trips may be rescheduled or modified due to weather, government regulations, or technical issues.
Bonanza Tours reserves the right to cancel or alter itineraries for passenger safety.
Life Jackets: Passengers should wear life jackets when instructed by the captain, especially in emergencies or rough waters.
Stay Within Designated Areas: Passengers should remain within safe areas on the boat, avoiding unauthorized or dangerous sections.
Obey Crew Instructions: Passengers must follow all safety instructions given by the crew during docking, departure, or emergencies.
Children Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times.
No Smoking in Restricted Areas: Smoking may only be permitted in designated areas on the houseboat.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the boat, furniture, or equipment.
Bonanza Tours reserves the right to recover repair or replacement costs before check-out.
Guests must maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other passengers. Illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials are prohibited. Loud music is allowed only until 10:00 PM in accordance with local noise regulations.
Bonanza Tours shall not be liable for loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by accidents, natural events, or third-party actions beyond our control. Passengers are advised to secure personal belongings and valuables.
Alcohol consumption is allowed in moderation and only for guests above the legal drinking age. Outside food is permitted only if informed in advance.
Guests consent that photos or videos taken during trips may be used by Bonanza Tours for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
Any disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of Alappuzha, Kerala.
